Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Lilyum Spa & Wellness as data controller, within the scope set out below.

Data processed and purposes

The name, phone number and email address you submit through the booking form are processed solely to create and confirm your reservation and to provide the service. Information sent through the contact form is used to respond to your request.

Health information you share in the booking note (pregnancy, chronic conditions and similar) constitutes special category data and is processed only by the relevant therapist, on the basis of your explicit consent, so that the service can be delivered safely.

Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. If you contact us via WhatsApp for booking confirmation, that platform's own privacy policy applies.

Retention

Booking records are retained for the periods prescribed by applicable legislation, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction or deletion, and to object to processing. Send requests to info@lilyumspa.tr.
